Easy Peasy Green Juice

If you want to get the benefits of juicing without it being super complicated (well, let’s be honest, juicing does take time…) this easy green juice recipe packs in the nutrients quick!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber

  • 2 celery stalks

  • 6 kale leaves

  • ½ lemon

  • 1 green apple

  • 1 inch ginger (peeled)

Instructions:

  1. Wash all produce, peel ginger, and cut up items into sizes that fit your juicer.

  2. Alternating between soft (lemon, cucumber, kale) and hard (celery, ginger, apple,) juice all the contents of what you’ve prepared.

  3. Enjoy!

There are so many juicers on the market, and while some of those top of the line ones look fantastic, they aren’t always realistic or budget friendly. That’s why we went with the Ninja juicer.

It’s so easy to put together and it was super affordable — considering how amazing it is.

It come with different filters, so you can make pulpier juices, or something more like this (I do not recommend pulp for this one.)
