Crunchy Protein Balls

I looooove making power balls. Also known as energy balls. Bliss balls. Deliciousness balls.

Whatever you call them, they’re a staple in our household. And this one is no exception!

It has the perfect crunch, it’s real sweet, decadent, and filling.

BTW, if you don’t already have one…. I LOOOOOVE my food processor from Amazon! Check it out! Seriously the BEST purchase to set your kitchen up for success. You can make power balls in just minutes every week and save so much money on bars and quick convenience snacks.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add the dates, oil. Sunbutter, protein powder, raw cacao, and blend in the food processor until it becomes one giant moving ball.

  2. Add in the seeds, cranberries and nibs, and pulse until they are broken apart.

  3. To keep it crunchy, remove mixture into a bowl and roll into balls from there. (If you prefer it smooth, you can keep blending all those mixins or just throw them in at the start.)

  4. Roll into your choice of size, and store in the fridge or freezer.
