My Approach

  • Discuss Fruits

We are whole people. We cannot separate the symptoms we see in our body (the fruits) from any part of our human experience that may contribute to their development (roots.) I spend time in the first appointment to get to know my clients. The more information I can gather by getting to know you, the more I can help you.

  • Dig for Roots

Root causes can be emotional, spiritual, chemical, biological, genetic, and more. Oftentimes many factors contribute to one outcome. By looking at a variety of lifestyle factors, and analyzing your blood cells under the microscope, I can help point out indications of dis-ease in organs and body systems.

  • Lead to Healing

While it’s important to treat and solve root problems, sometimes temporary relief from painful symptoms is necessary. We will incorporate supplements and dietary changes that help lead your body to a cellular state of balance. I like to work collaboratively with your other practitioners to make sure you are getting the support you need on the healing journey.

  • Maintain Life & Growth

I think you’ll find immense progress with a commitment to nutrition (and other holistic elements to health.) When you reach a place of stability, and you’re feeling lively and growing as a human, we’ve gotta celebrate! What a fun journey. Now, we decide what elements of our protocol are necessary to keep up to maintain this newfound vitality!

  • Teach Sustainability

Change can be hard! At this point, you have made some dietary and lifestyle changes, and may need some tips and tricks on how to incorporate these into your daily life. We will talk about roadblocks you’re facing, and I will give you every bit of knowledge I have to address these specific challenges are and make it work for you.

  • Lifelong Wellness

Once you feel stable and confident in how to nurture your roots, I love being a resource for you and the whole family! Every season, every stage, brings new threats to our terrain, our soil, and it’s important that you have the support you need. I’m here for you.
